房间设施很新，也是品牌卫浴，就是房间太小，艺龙订房显示20-25平米，实际房间15平左右。早餐太简单。不知道房间放的水和饮料是包含在房费里的，应该提醒客人。

非常满意！这家酒店位于市中心，位置很好，离西湖很近，周围吃饭的地方很多，购物很方便。酒店环境雅致，房间布局合理，装修品味不俗，淡雅宜人，卧具干净舒适，卫浴整洁。酒店老板和服务员都很热情，贴心的服务令人如沐春风。这里不临街，玩了一天的我，一觉睡到大天亮。这家酒店性价比很高，价格合理，下次来杭州还选这家！
