早餐一般，服务态度一般，早上就有工人在搬东西，修什么，大声喧哗有点吵。还是给五星是因为全季总体设施不错，也比较干净，性价比还不错。

空调温度需要打到22度才有冷风的感觉，这两天的杭州还是很热的，房间虽然有窗户，但是没办法全部打开，所以会觉得很闷。夜里又很冷，所以，空调有待改进

酒店位置和卫生很好，可以免费停车，我们箱子找不到了，酒店前台等人员还帮忙调监控查找，最终找到了。非常感谢。
