先说好的地方：服务员态度热情，大堂环境装修设计很赞，紧邻运河散步方便。
再说不好的地方：停车库上来没有电梯，箱子要自己扛上来，要走4层楼梯。复式的房间设计有问题：楼下的空调对着床吹，睡一晚就生病了。上楼的楼梯没有安装防夹手夹头的设施，小孩的手指险些别夹断，都红肿起来了。

地理位置很赞 环境挺好的 就在运河边 这里应该是居民区。就是价格涨幅有点看不懂 订完降了300块。

早餐太简单，只有套餐，牛奶，粥，小混炖，一小块甜点。咖啡要另外出钱单点，而且一楼的咖啡馆要九点以后上班，这之前出钱也喝不到。房间里也没有一般酒店常见的咖啡。从商务客人的角度，不推荐。性价比比较差。

非常赞，还贴心的升级了房间！安静惬意，坐落在历史区运河旁，如果可以，呆在酒店一天喝茶看书都很合适。早餐定食，非常中式，也很合胃口，非常期待下次再来！

很满意的一家酒店，前台小伙子很用心。特别是井鸽这个服务员，热情周到，勤快心细，以后有机会还是会选择住在这里的。
