我们是两个人住的，一直都是选全季酒店的，很好??离公交线路很近很方便，离银泰百货和杭州大厦很近，还有武林游船码头也很近，出门左拐三分钟就到了！

选这里的原因是出行方便，位置很好，是我曾熟悉的地方。这里的服务很好👍！有问题会马上根据我的需要解决问题，房间的户型帮我调整后很满意，就是硬床睡习惯了，床软软的没睡好。其它都很好，桌上还有一本大Boss的创业故事书翻了几页！瞬时感觉蛮有企业文化的一家公司，还有一张明信片，可以泡茶。房间很温馨很干净！每到一个城市全季酒店现在是我的首选，谢谢周到的服务。

非常差！房间还漏水的！还发霉墙上。拿个垃圾桶放那里接着。我也是醉了。这样的房间还拿出来给客人住。后来要退房，那个人还不给退，说已经在里面待了一会。那你怎么不早说你房间这样子。因为一开始进来没看见，漏水的是二楼睡觉的房间，有个小阁楼

全家出门，全季一直是我的首选。这家店的位置不错，旁边就是杭州大厦，吃吃逛逛都方便。离武林广场和西湖文化广场都很近。这次唯一的遗憾是房间隔音不大好，隔壁房间比较热闹。枕头也该换了，有点塌了，睡得脖子有点累。希望能改进一下吧。
