开元还是一直那么的好，不管是服务还是早餐或者客房，都是那么的到位！前台的小美和倪经理更是那么的热情，帮我们递茶还帮我推荐周边近的餐厅，下次出差还是会一如既往的选择开元这品牌

是这儿的老顾客了，每次来杭州都住这家店，前台每次看到我都很热情的接待，特别是小丽，服务很周到。订了房间来的太晚还帮我免费升级了，很贴心。房间很大，很干净。早餐也很丰盛，食材都很新鲜。停车一般都停负一楼，那儿车位多，出去打个电话给前台就可以了，很方便，也不需要停车券。
