真的没有想到在杭州会以这么贵的价格定到这样的房间，连个像样的酒店前台都没有，酒店外面也没有酒店名字在一座写字楼里，服务人员态度差，这样的酒店一晚要386！你是在搞笑吗！酒店里面的床上和沙发靠背上都有恶心的黄渍！这是我住过价格与房间最不成正比的一次

替朋友订的，反馈很好，环境不错，房间设施齐全，有洗衣机很方便，位置也很好，出门就有乐购和银泰，负一楼有各色小吃，离杭州东站南站都很近，交通饮食特别方便，下次还会选择这里

酒店不错，安静，设施好，附近吃饭也方便，每次都喜欢住这边。有一点，要是担保和在线付能同价，那就更好了。携程现在到店付越来越少了，对出差一族不方便啊。

就是找不怎么好找，楼下酒店式公寓进去，先登记上21楼前台，前台就一个房间，拿房卡刷卡去自己楼层的房间，酒店设施完善，并且很新。
