房间很满意 服务很不错 前台服务热情 房间也很干净 有健身房和洗衣房 有免费停车 退房前台提醒外面天气热 还有矿泉水带上 口罩什么的 总之很满意的酒店了 下次还会再来

进房就看到房间中间超级大的一根斜柱子占去了小半个房间的空间，让本来就不大的房间更显局促。因为有孩子觉得半夜孩子起来去厕所可能不安全，万一撞到，于是电话前台要求换房。前台一改check in时候的“有需要随时告诉我们”的热情，冷冰冰答复：你定的房型都是这样的柱子。离开酒店前看了下平面图，发现柱子在房间中央，在床前的并不多啊。所谓大床两个人差不多，加个小孩睡还是不行的。

来下沙2次，4个晚上都是选择住的Grace酒店.
前台人员很热情，入住和退房都很迅速，房间里面也很干净，基本上没有异味。
被子床单都很干净整洁，房间有免费的矿泉水，喝完了在电梯口斗柜上可以自己拿。
早餐也很不错，丰富，营养搭配都可以。第二次去的时候和第一次的早餐有变化，看来不是一成不变的。
提一个小建议：一楼大厅如果能开空调就更好了，有点儿凉，如果退房了在大厅坐着，还是挺冷的！

提前一小时订的，到前台后小姐姐帮我升级到商务大床且是免费的，还有免费水果吃，早餐厅环境好在26楼的也是顶楼，还有健身房，很不错

第一次来住感觉不错所以这次考试选这里，但是这次的体验不佳，这次的房间整个地板是黏糊糊的，踩上去拖鞋会被粘住，而且浴室的喷头是坏的，水会乱喷，根本没法洗
