酒店是雷迪森旗下管理的，品质得到了保证，我是连住两晚的，前面已经有详细的介绍了，卫生间是亮点。唯一遗憾的是我比较喜欢地毯，他们家是地板的，缺少了点温馨感，早餐也很好，值得入住！

酒店位置离杭州市中心有一小时车程，但是这里的酒店环境，设施，服务都远超房价，属于豪华型酒店，爸妈很满意，都说住的太好了！入住后还有水果和甜点赠送，免费早餐也好吃！

酒店地理位置有点偏，但周围吃饭地方很多。地下车库车位充足。房间很大，达到五星级标准。床睡得舒服。早餐符合四星标准。

房间卫生间无隐私。二楼餐厅服务态度极差，上菜速度极慢，点菜1个半小时后才全部上齐，都吃好了还没上也不让退菜，最后打包也不给筷子，见过最差的一个酒店，强烈建议各位不要在此入住及用餐。

酒店房间很大，有浴缸，厕所和洗澡是分开的，有单独的更衣室，和附近的酒店相比空间设计上还是比较好的。并且酒店还送来了甜品饮料，退房时前台还一直问我是否满意，服务不错。有需要还会入住。

因为参加在这个酒店的一个活动才订的这家酒店，房间应该是商务间，很大，卧室外有会客室，卫生好，客房服务很好，每天都送不同的水果和甜汤，细腻周到，冰箱里的小饼干、果汁和酸奶也是免费的。前台的服务有点跟不上，跟餐厅的对接总是有问题。酒店是在余杭区的临平镇，距离市区比较远，离机场1个小时的车程。
