差，服务态度冷淡，订了一间标间，给了一个类似于小舞厅改成的房间，一进门一股霉味，窗台有积水，滋生蚊虫，电视不能用，墙体脱落，最后换了三间房间才换到一间电视好的，信号依然是时断时续，设施简陋，说是24小时热水，结果完全没有热水，只是离机场大巴比较近，位置还有些优势，其他真的一无是处，不如去住如家，汉庭之类...

就在机场大巴对面'比较近'吧台服务员态度不错'但是酒店客房内设施陈旧不齐'第一个房间靠走廊的窗户关不上'第二个房间网线不能用

这家旅店的外部环境不错，但房间实在难以恭维，阴冷、潮湿、不卫生、空调好像不起作用还很响。一进入房间就有想退房的念头。好歹住了一夜，第二天就退房换其他旅馆了。我真搞不懂，守着这样好的外部周边环境，为什么把旅馆办得这么差？

酒店差，房间里有霉味，完全与价格不相符。与推荐的不相符。像个招待所。保安也不好。下次去杭州不会再住。
