预订酒店的时候没有看清，订的大床房是1.5m的，我们一家三口睡，实在是有点儿睡不开。入住的时候和前台说了一下这个情况。结果前台的美女服务员非常热心的帮我们免费换了一间房，解决了我们的问题，而且为我们提前办理了入住，非常感谢。美女服务员，带我们到电梯口，热情讲解各种设施设备，对其他的一些问题也是有问必答，很有耐心，服务态度很好， 总之，这是一次非常好的入住体验，下次来杭州，我们还会选择这里。

酒店很新，就是位置稍微偏了一点，周围都还有在施工的，不过离梦想小镇很近。房间大小合适，有厨房设备和流理台，有冰箱，还有沙发，卫生间紧凑但也够用，整体感觉不错，但是早饭选择太少，只能三款面包里面选一款，然后就是一个沙拉，配牛奶或咖啡，算西式的简单早餐，没有中式早餐。
