位置：距离最近的地铁站需要步行可达，虽然距离不远，但是天气非常热，走路体验很差，要晒10几分钟。距离西湖不远，地铁一两个站都能到西湖。
交通：因为是清明假期西湖周边非常堵，没办法坐公交和打滴滴，只能坐地铁，还非常非常拥挤。
卫生还行，床品还行，洗浴用品一般，多媒体可以用手机连接蓝牙这一点是还不错，听听歌可以。隔音也不错。
缺点：1、房间内有一根柱子，感受非常差。2、服务态度很烂，跟前台反应问题的时候前台一脸不屑。3、很多装修细节很low，配的乱泉水非常廉价。

办理的时候等了一会，给我们免费升级了房间，很满意，卫生间也很大，淋浴浴缸都有，房间还有冰箱，打包的食物问可以热一下吗？就直接来房间帮我们热了送过来，服务超级好的，前台的小姐姐小哥哥也超级好的
