差、差到极致，前台服务员恶心，服务一颗星都不值，这个差评是专为5月8号在前台登记的那个上身穿黑色衣服的女的，我在携程上订的房间，进门服务态度极其恶劣，我的身份证面部识别2次未通过，就一脸不爽的说再通不过就退钱给你们，让我们走，我在其他家都一次通过了，再说就算通不过也不用这种语气讲话吧，反正跟她讲话都是一脸不爽像人家欠她几百万一样，这种人怎么能当前台的？感觉花钱找气受，全季酒店用这种人就是在砸自己的招牌，还让我们在携程订的要退掉，订她们酒店的现有房，说给我们个电话让我们退，当时我们觉得麻烦就没有退，所以她更加不爽，一点职业道德都没有！想起来就觉得气愤！
