很干净，床很舒服，这是住过比较舒服的酒店了，茶具和卫生用具都非常干净，我们一家住得很满意，以后还会继续选择全季，值得大家再次入住。

我定的大床房（1.5m的床）不含早餐的，结果办入住时升级为了1.8m的大床房。房间干净整洁，实用。电视机很大。厕所淋浴和洗手都分开，蛮好的；镜子也很大，喜欢。
周边虽然没什么大型的超市和shoppingmall，不过有全家和7-11，还有coco和几家小饭店和佰佳旺（早上有自助式的中式早餐，品种非常丰富，而且价格实惠，就在酒店边上）。酒店左手边对面有一幢钱江印的大楼，3层里有几家吃的店还不错，所以推荐那里哈。
酒店离2号线的盈丰路站蛮近的，离火车东站也不算太远；就是打出租车不方便，不过网约车是可以的。

前台服务很热情，很周到。酒店距离地铁站很近，如果想去杭州乐园等景点玩，可以在此预定，楼下有便利店，比较方便，
