酒店地理位置优越，临近西溪湿地公园，周边有文旅奥莱，购物餐饮齐全。此次定了两间庭院大床房，装修风格古典优雅，床品浴缸等设备设施也都比较完善，细节尤为到位，准备了茶海和香薰等，为客人放松身心增添了不少情调。特别感谢未爸爸妈妈重温蜜月布置了房间，撒了花瓣。早餐品类还算丰富，补充菜品及时。前台办理入住和退房的两位女士也都态度温和，效率较高，总体特别满意！

酒店服务很到位，为我们升级了房间，有小庭院正对着奥特莱斯的小广场，环境很好，酒店位置业很好，从餐厅小桥过去就能到达很多餐厅，早餐也不错，尤其是牛奶麦片加芒果干葡萄干，我的最爱，性价比也很高！

酒店地理位置优越，西溪福地、高庄等景点近，可以步行也可以坐观光电瓶车；而且，附近就可以逛街、吃饭，又有小朋友可以玩的游戏乐园，包括水上项目等；环境卫生，客房服务等性价比也还可以；总体感觉90分以上。唯一的缺点，是艺龙网，前一天预定的价格明显比当日预定的价格高，这不合常理！

酒店在西溪湿地景区门口的酒店群里，自己走出来或开车皆可，酒店前台态度很好，有微笑很体贴，有位姓来的前台小妹妹办事很细致，也能站在住客的角度提出一些合理化建议，表扬一下，酒店环境很好，就是床垫太软了，浴缸有些鸡肋，早餐还算可以，酒店搞的商务套餐还可以，整体感觉还可以。
