酒店位于杭师院仓前校区东大门正对面的海创园区，交通方便，周边环境优美、幽静，有一个超大的后花园，酒店配套设施齐全、设计独特、格局新颖、房间居住舒适，超大空间，独立卫生间很隐秘，另有超大走入式衣柜，飘窗的塌塌米上放着茶具，坐在上面品着茶，静静地看着窗外下着毛毛细雨，仿佛置身于世外桃园；酒店服务非常周全，服务员态度非常周到、细心，因早上7点要去杭师院考试，早餐还没开始，服务员一早将准备好的早点放在前台；免费提供早餐，且早餐品种丰富多样，有到家的感觉，周边公共配套设施齐全，提供免费停车位
