全家出行，这家真的很不错，服务很人性，俩大人带着俩小孩，住了双床房，入住时前台有给俩小朋友拖鞋，还听到别家俩老人给俩防滑拖鞋，最有意思的是机器人送餐，俩孩子为了看机器人吃了三顿外卖，酒店早餐也不错挺精致的，孩子全部吃光光！

房间虽然不是很大，但很干净，挺清新的，前台态度也不错，退房时还送了孩子一包零食。地理位置挺好，对面就是西湖文化广场，可以去那里逛逛博物馆，早餐也挺不错的，种类还是比较丰富的。点了外卖还会有机器人送上来

和妈妈去杭州西湖游玩顺便买茶叶，亚朵酒店给我第一印象就是很近，我和妈妈坐地铁1号线3站下来走5分钟就到了，从酒店去西湖及热门地方交通都很方便，客服人员态度很和蔼，房间及楼道都很干净，只是房间窗门有个钉子掉了其他真的不错，以后还会选择亚朵，早餐也很丰盛味道也好，推荐亚朵！
