服务很热情，入住有茶水、离店送一瓶矿泉水很贴心、早餐厅很大、早餐品种齐全、面条好吃、蔬菜水果新鲜，房间很大、很干净、很卫生、网络很好、隔音很好、地理位置优越、对面是万象汇商场很便利、酒店有免费停车场、停车方便、近地铁站、周边环境好、好吃的很多、酒店的自助洗衣房不错、洗衣很方便、健身房器械齐全、适合喜欢健身的人、酒店整齐设施设备齐全、价格合理、入住很舒服、床品舒适、出差首选酒店、很棒，酒店位置很好离地铁站比较近，旁边就是大商场，吃喝购物比较方便，离杭州南站很近，打车10分钟左右，酒店房间大，设计干湿分明，房间干净，简洁，设施也比较好，每次出门楼层的大姐都会热情的打招呼，早餐也不错，有我喜欢吃的米粉，隔音好，网络好，洗衣房也很方便，健身房的跑步机很好用，性价比高，还贴心的给我准备了柠檬茶，非常喜欢亚朵，价格也很合理，比同等酒店价格优惠，酒店整体风格喜欢，服务非常不错，以后会继续入住

第一次订亚朵酒店，时刻为顾客着想的服务给留下我深刻印象。还未入住，就电话打过来咨询情况，并告知我们停车的地方，避免收停车费。找不到停车场时，前台的小哥立刻放下手中的活，特地带我家先生去停车前台登记入住时，给我们一家四口每人一杯茶水，看到我们带着孩子，立刻给我们配儿童款的牙刷牙膏和拖鞋。入住时，发现小冰箱里给客人留了免费饮用的矿泉水、啤酒、可口可乐，常规的咖啡、茶叶更当然也有。床品很柔软贴肤，一个晚上睡得很安稳。早餐时，发现有儿童的餐盘、杯子。出来时，发现大厅除了成年人的读物外，居然还有给孩子们读的绘本。退房卡时，还贴心地给我们一人一瓶矿泉水。无微不至的服务，找到了家的感觉。以后选准亚朵了。可惜忘了拍照。
