明明是预付并收到确认短信的五间房订单，到店却只有一间房！不管是网站的原因还是酒店的原因，总该先安置客人吧！二者却反复确认订单扯皮责任，罔顾该店已无房的事实，让9个客人等到夜里11点，结果还是在客人强烈谴责下才换了另外一家质次价高的酒店（挨着KTV，吵到凌晨2:00），总算没露宿街头！

住了两天，虽然没窗户，房间也不值这个价钱，但好在位于繁华区的商业广场内，吃饭购物方便。 但是第二天要求保洁更换床单被拒绝了，再三要求下还是没替换床单，入住体验度秒降至冰点……差评
