差到让人气愤，一个人住个套房，地毯上斑斑点点，看着很恶心，整个房间只有一个餐巾纸盒，开始进去发现后面有工地在施工，想着晚上会不会安静点，这么大酒店，窗户隔音差的让人无语，住17楼全部窗户关上还是很吵，到了晚上七八点，工地仍然在施工，怎么休息？酒店不会管管的？晚上在五楼餐厅吃饭，服务员服务也很差，两个人吃饭只需要一碗米饭，换了个服务员，放了两碗就走了，我们两个人都傻掉了，晚上到房间已经11.30左右，洗手间下水道就有点味道了、人实在太累，也就迷迷糊糊的睡了，半夜四五点，味道重的受不了，一直坚持到七点打电话给前台说让服务员过来喷点东西，过来喷完还不如不喷，门也不给关，整个人都吐了，这服务态度真的是没谁了。以后不会再去，真的垃圾

酒店大堂外表很是富丽堂皇，但软件不行，房间臭味大，卫生也很不干净，性价比实在是太差了，肯定不想再住
