经常住了，每次来都住这里，疫情重了，变得比以前严很多，不过也是好事，杭州机场通地铁了，下次可以机场坐地铁到酒店了，服务员说酒店后门的10号线下半年才开！

保洁素质差得很； 事情缘由 本人眼镜放床头柜 第二天保洁打扫卫生 不知有意无意把我的眼镜当垃圾直接扔了 （估计看不上我那1500的眼镜）事后我出门戴眼镜找不到寻求保洁 保洁雷声聚下 扯着嗓子喊 不可能我从没有拿 也不可能把它仍了！ 说话口气很坚决！（估计对自己眼睛很自豪） 我到前台投诉前台应允事后未见回复！ 本人眼镜经过垃圾场的回收 回归本人手中眼镜片刮花 支架变形 ；事发到现在从未有人联系进行说明；这是一家酒店做出的事情？
