酒店位置很安静，房间有一种发霉的异味。
酒店服务很无语：办理入住手续是就告诉前台，在酒店消费要挂房帐，但酒店只收200押金，但当消费到多出押金32元时，服务员在餐厅
追着告诉客人押金不够需要交付现金，就不能等客人用完餐再说吗？很没有礼貌！！结账时在前台反应这种情况，希望以后能改善，前
台结账的工作人员毫无反映，就像于己无关。这样的酒店完全没有再入住的想法！
礼宾部工作人员的态度还是很值得肯定的，态度很好。

好环境，好酒店，好服务。一次非常快乐的住宿体验！酒店位于西湖景区，地理环境优越。酒店自身的绿化环境更是没得说，还能参观704工程。房间的设施也非常好，床既大又舒服，还有阳台。酒店服务也很到位！
