属于公寓式酒店，地理位置很好，就在滨江区星光大道那，临近区政府和地铁站，各种设施一应俱全，还是蛮喜欢的！
朋友来酒店，他们都很喜欢这样的酒店，像家又像酒店，感觉不错！

房间温馨，设施齐全，歌特品轩的前厅服务员很热情，每次过来都住这里，很方便，周边的酒店也住过，综合考虑，这里性价比高。

整体感觉不错。楼下就有麦当劳肯德基和电影院，很方便。有洗衣机 微波炉 冰箱， 房间可以看到钱塘江视野很开阔~~设施也很不错。

真心不推荐，像个旅馆之类，卫生一般，房间冷冰冰的感觉。谈不上酒店管理，十分简单的服务。

服务员态度很差，办事效率太低。本来订了3天江景，398一天，第二天看有体验价298一天，十二点时打电话说要换298的，店员推三阻四，磨磨唧唧，一直到一点半我打电话问才说房间没有了，态度还很差，严重影响了游玩的心情，果断换宾馆。换了 同楼的西湖七号，价格便宜一百多不说，房间大了，酒店人员服务还超好。周围酒店式公寓多的是，为什么要选择价格又高，装修一般般，服务还超差的哥特品轩？最后吐槽下这江景房，也就是不到30度能看到江，这也叫江景？？？？？？？？？？？？？这忽悠的.....

周围环境不错，走出门口左边几步就是星光大道。屋内设施齐备，不常用的设备灰尘覆盖，整个房间感觉冷冷的。
