住过最差的酒店了，没有之一。酒店设施其实还好，卫生也不错，就是房间没有窗户也就罢了，空调简直了，不制冷呀，空调开5度制冷，室内28度呀，晚上空调开通风，感觉像开了一晚的除湿，又热又干，特别不舒服，下次不图便宜了，还不如去住如家布丁了。

总体还不错，先说下优点，房间没有淋浴但送了洗浴券，里面还是不错的，休闲洗浴。客房硬件总体不错，虽然有少许瑕疵，赠送双早，早上送到房间，蛮丰盛，服务很好！但是说一下缺点和疑问：1.比较恐怖，半夜12点多，门突然自己响了，吓得我没睡好…房门有一条磨砂玻璃，透光，房间没有内锁和防盗链，感觉不安全；1.房间没有热水壶和电吹风，但网上说有这些只是没有淋浴；2.房间里的矿泉水有一瓶被打开且只有半瓶；3.艺龙说14点退房，但前台让12点退；4.隔壁在装修，早上就噪音；5.房间虽然小，但是连挂衣服的地方都没有；房间灯光昏暗
