交通便利，地铁站出口很近，酒店干净卫生，休息安静，服务细致，早餐品种繁多，房间设施齐全，干湿分离很棒!性价比高!值得入住!尤其是感谢前台梅经理，下次到杭州依然入驻的希尔顿欢朋。

酒店真心不错，开始只是试着住一晚，接着又申请加住一晚，房间清洁整齐，设施齐全，前台的美女帅哥服务热情周到又和蔼可亲，手续办理又快又专业，服务完全比得上五星级。还有一个亮点是机器人带引我们到房间还送来矿泉水，好可爱，它说要给它一个赞，哈哈。。。给十个👍

平时都住亚朵的，这次刚好没房，订到欢朋希尔顿，有点超预期，房间比较大，设施也都不错，早餐种类不算特别多，但是还很不错，停车也非常的方便，价格比亚朵的还便宜，性价比超高，以后应该还会来住，楼下就是地铁站，出行非常方便的！顺便说一句，楼下的吃饭很方便，水到鱼成味道非常棒，值得推荐！

一如既往的好，服务很热情，前厅的小方小伙很帅气，主动服务！停车场🅿很方便，住店客人是免费的，楼下新开一家餐厅，口感不错！

每次来杭州都是选择希尔顿欢朋酒店，这几次选择的杭州西溪紫金港这家，主要交通非常方便，位置很好，酒店也比较新，卫生也非常干净！
入住这家酒店多次了，明显的感受，酒店服务和体验感受提升了，墙上还有温馨留言，服务也是热情了很多，越来越注意服务细节了，值得表扬一下！
酒店停车场🅿好像收费了，不过住店客人是免费的，只要前台登记一下车牌就好。
