酒店位置很好，近地铁站。去高铁余杭站和高速公路入口都很近，方便自驾和高铁出行。房间设施服务也可以，不过只住一晚，没有很多感觉。早餐种类、数量和质量都不错。

感谢前台的小姑娘。小媛，小捷，楠楠，非常有耐心，太可爱了。满分好评，还有Angle 秋香，很晚都帮我弄洗衣液，服务很到位，住宿体验感很好，每次来杭州都会选择余杭高铁希尔顿。

酒店很新，但房间没有异味，服务非常满意，到店入住虽然很晚，但前台小姐姐还是很nice还帮我连好了Wi-Fi。早餐也很丰富，食材都很新鲜，特别感谢Miss Veegee江，我遗落了一件衣服，联系2分钟之后就帮我把衣服给我快递出来了！👍

房间很不错!酒店方面免费升级房间太高兴啦!因疫情原因房间没空调冷及本来房间有水果送,酒房前台大雪小姐很漂亮大方的女孩工作责任心强下班了还张罗房间送水果和暖气!

酒店在余杭区中心位置，非常新，周围商场，餐饮非常多。停车在地下，在前台拿停车券免费！客房非常大，标准双床有1.35米，太舒服了。卫生值得放心。四星加的标准妥妥的。早餐比较丰富，该有的都有。1.4米以下儿童免费的！
