位置在高新区，国庆节去时人很少，离钱塘江很近，观潮的好地方，酒店比较老设施陈旧，卫生条件一般，服务员也比较少，客人较少因此早餐也比较少，当然相比周围的酒店，价格还是比较理想的。

地面卫生不太好，没打扫干净有头发和灰尘。然后就是墙上挂着的画太吓人了，红色的抽象画，看着心里发毛，我把它取下来才感觉好点。这酒店的早餐不错挺好。
