酒店在拱墅区，位置附近没有地铁站较不方便，其他便利店餐馆什么的不缺。有一点值得说的是，退房的时候电话跟我们说12点退，而且态度很差，说中介定的都是12点，what？？订的时候看了酒店页面是下午13点办理退房，后跟艺龙打电话，第一个男的接的说，订单详情上没写明，OK，第二个女的接的态度好评，立马就给我们处理了，希望双方持续改进入住体验！！！！！！！引起注意！！！！！！！ps：房间的化妆镜有点高，靠马路的房间可能会有些吵
