出差来住的，可能因为周边都是开会，所以价格有点小高。但住进去发现特别值得。房间很新，大堂一进去就有一股很好闻的味道。最最称道的是这家店的服务，昨天天气比较热，办入住的时候前台给我倒了一杯菊花茶，瞬间感觉好贴心，不是说多么想喝，而是这种态度让人心里觉得太舒服了，不是那种机械模式化的服务，感觉很贴心。如果还有机会来杭州，一定还来这里住，满分推荐

酒店很新，装修也很上档次，秉承了全季一贯的风格，简洁大方舒适，充分留白给客人。走进大厅有股淡淡的茶香，便捷的自助入住设备，很是方便，进出大厅几次，前台小哥哥的微笑永远是那么的nice，最值得一提的是，客房的大姐服务也超鸡棒，续住一天，从外面回来发现房间已经烧好了开水，因带了小孩，还送了儿童拖鞋和牙刷，很注重细节，谢谢你们！以后还会再来……

我在这个房间住了两晚，但是分两个订单订的，第二个订单是第二天早上出门前去前台办理的，前台服务员办妥后说房间没换，现在给我打扫卫生，第二天开会一天，晚上十二点多才回来，房间是打扫了，毛巾换了，床铺了，但洗漱池不用弄干净了？我早上刮胡子的胡渣和牙膏的残留，全在水池里。还有就是，房间配的烧水壶和茶具，我第一天是没用的，第二天早上想泡壶茶，结果一看，烧水壶的盖子，茶杯里面，都有污渍！我一般很少去点评什么，这可能是我第一次写这么多点评！！！希望酒店能注意一下！
