酒店环境非常好，很喜欢酒店的设施，服务态度也很让人满意，早餐很丰富，价格也合理，酒店靠近运河边，空的时候可以区散散步，很舒服，这个酒店有免费停车位，在杭州，想找个停车位真的不容易，这个挺好的。总之就是非常非常满意。

暖心点：店家帮我们免费升级房型了，一进门，空调已经为我们开好！还有一冰箱免费零食，谢谢全季工作人员！这次来是陪老公来考试的，晚上10点多才到酒店，早上6点就离开酒店了，东西放酒店。因为到12点开始还没结束，就和店家联系，店家主动说帮我延迟到2点。内心一万个赞！对了，酒店门口就可以停车，很方便。
加油点：由于我住的是六楼，估计楼层高，感觉水压欠缺点，洗澡水压不够大。卫生间下水道偶尔会有一股味道飘出来。

算是华住的老客了，再熟悉不过的整洁舒适。这次是入住还有离店的办理过程简便到印象深刻，服务又有提升。
最近熬夜多，想要静一点的环境，前台给了一个靠北的房，窗外就是露台花园。静，在家都少有的一觉睡到自然醒。太阳晒到茶桌上，淡淡的茶香尤为安逸。
