酒店位置、卫生条件、服务质量都非常好，不足之处就是其房间、大堂、电梯都偏小，不过瑕不掩瑜，整体上是不错，值得推荐。

酒店位置很好，距离西湖只有步行5-10分钟的路程。酒店内部环境干净整洁，比较大气。酒店工作人员收拾房间标准很高，细节不够理想还需要重新修整细节，很规范。唯一的缺点就是有些临街房间窗户不够隔音。

酒店地理位置优越 周边商铺较多 买东西方便 离西湖景区距离很近 不行5分钟左右即到 酒店房间也很干净 客服态度也非常好，较满意。
