酒店到地铁站2号线武林门车站，步行大约二十分钟，距离西湖苏堤断桥景点也不远，周边有兰州拉面店，便捷快餐店等，公交出行也很方便。早餐是肯德基套餐，有四款可选，前台小伙子服务很热情周到，客房服务员态度也挺好。双床标间，床宽大约1.2米，室内日式风格，很舒适。

早餐是肯德基早餐，送到房间的，房间很舒适，前台很热情，速度很快，酒店走到西湖8百多米，入住很舒心，谢谢送的小礼物

住过很多家全季 这次想要认真点评一下 一直和holiday inn并列心中最佳出行酒店 性价比高 设施好 服务好 这次 略失望 但有好有坏会一一说明
1抵达办理入住的时候排队等在一位男士后面 前台接待的貌似是主管一类的 热情和男士推荐完会员之后 就不再返回办理 置排队的我不顾 而后来的已经都在我旁边找了其他人办完 我无语
2特价大床房还没有清理干净的我在前台等待 另一个前台姑娘看我一直不肯坐（我身上和书包都是湿的）帮我升级了房间 谢谢
3浴室洗澡完发现门外的厕所水漫金山 明显是漏水 打电话问前台（男）有没有塑料拖鞋（我自己的鞋也因为下雨湿透）答 没有我们不提供 我陈述了我的房间状态再问:也没有 并没有明白我是在反映水多到没法上厕所了 他语气虽然恭敬但透着:没有的东西不要一问再问OK
4后来我忍不住再打电话说帮忙清扫 过来的一位大叔很认真的帮我把水弄干 谢谢
5最后一天突然**造访 打电话问前台（男）有没有卫生用品售卖 答:没有我们不售卖任何商品
6空调很好
怎么说 感受最不好的就是两个男前台了 都是一种虽然你是客人我对你很礼貌可是你问的问题都好low的轻蔑感 无语(¯―¯٥
