酒店位置很好，离西湖、河坊街都很近。打车起步价。酒店服务也不错，因为带着小孩，请前台帮忙找一个不吵、无烟的楼层，前台也很帮忙。
整个入住期间，感觉全季的管理还是不错的。从入住到离开前台人员表现都很专业。楼层清洁也做得很好。总之是一次不错的入住体验。
