凌晨入住，前台服务还可以！睡到早晨，发现房间里多了两只老鼠，于是打电话给前台让派人来处理，来的还算及时，徒手把两只老鼠拎走了！退房的时候和前台投诉了，前台还问我老鼠大的还是小的！大小和是不是老鼠有关吗？
