我得投诉一下当时接待我们的店员，态度太差了！去办理入住的时候当地朋友带着去的，就以为我们朋友是去蹭住的，语气里面全是嫌弃。我们带个一岁多的小宝宝，问她要个多余的枕头挡挡孩子，怕孩子掉床底下，这都不给，还问我们要钱！不管你们的规定到底是怎样的，作为去你们公寓住宿的来说，感觉很不通人情，态度也很冷淡，俺搭不理的，真让人失望

上楼的时候电梯没有房卡 被带到14楼又走了下去

实在不推荐！极度不推荐！！图片上看的感觉挺好的，在想闺蜜四个人复式觉得挺温馨。实际到地方并不是这样！房间走道特别阴森，四个人都走的怕怕的，更别提晚上回来时候走了，简直可怕！二楼房间特别阴森，本来住楼上的两个女生晚上都来楼下睡了，四人挤一张床。再说房间卫生，水壶脏的里面都是垢，面上还粘着纸巾。厕所一股浓重尿骚味，怎么也冲不走味道，房间有老鼠，被单脏的没有换过，桌子一层灰。坑爹的是当晚说第二天退房还不能退，说经理下班了必须经理同意，说是电话经理问下，他们说不行??
