房子小，厕所太小了无语，盥洗盆既然在厕所外面卧室里，作为一家三口出游太挤，这个位置也偏，杭州无非游玩的就是围着西湖一圈，400多没有性价比可

酒店双人间靠近小区安静，酒店卫生条件不错。管理很到位，没闲杂人等进入。前台很热心态度好，要求安排了两边没人住的房间。前台有个小姐姐挺好看的，而且呆萌呆萌的。早餐很丰盛

服务真的很好👍 有一个前台姐姐，佩奇姐姐，特别温馨，因为出门早，需要从大床房换成双人间，特别暖心的早早就给我们换好了房间，省去了出门还需要回来的烦恼

服务很不错，环境也很好，很贴心的服务，性价比还是很高的，早餐很不错不要错过呀！我特意起床吃了饭后，再回去接着睡！到店还有酸奶和水果直接送到房间里面， 里面的服务人员，安然小姐姐，很漂亮，服务态度巨好，第一次到杭州来，觉得很温馨！
