服务挺好的，每个月都要去浙工商上一次课，因为小孩太小没断奶都要带着，基本上和前台说一下，就可以延长到下午两点退房。算是工商边上最舒服的一家酒店了

酒店大堂比较气派，前台服务热情周到，交通方便 出门两三百米就有地铁可以乘坐，房间卫生干净 楼层大姐也人也很好，很不错的酒店 推荐入住！

服务态度好热情，房间很干净，酒店离商场和西湖景区近很方便。酒店门口几百米就有地铁站，地铁2号线出行交通便捷，性价比高，值得推荐，下次还会继续来住。

交通便利，离地铁口近。总台服务热情，房间不是很大，但卫生干净。现在上楼都有梯控管理比较严格，但比较有安全感。

酒店交通便捷，周边有多趟公交车，去西湖和吴山广场都非常方便，地铁站离这里也非常近，出行很便捷。酒店接待服务热情，客房卫生干净，这次出行选择这家酒店没错下次还会再来。

出差再次入住该酒店，服务态度、酒店设施还是一如既往的好。停车方便，周边交通十分便利，楼下就有名小吃。特别是前台的服务十分热情，让我有家的感觉！
