酒店位于湖区的边缘，但很安静，比较适合喜欢清静的朋友，酒店是部队的产业所以很安全，接待人员也很热心的，从阳台湖景房看出去是水上运动中心，交通如果是自驾游还可以，从淡竹出口出去2分钟就到了，到湖区码头开车20分钟左右，总体来说这个价格还是值得推荐的。

是部队的招待所，比较安全，环境比较幽静，但是，过年期间没有参与提供比较不方便，出行也不方便，离市区比较偏远，但是环境很好。

自驾的好去处，设施还是可以的，价格比较合理，较为满意的是全是湖景房，尤其带阳台的真当不错，隔壁就是水上运动中心。不足之处是交通问题，其他交通工具入住就不太方便了。
