服务很好，房间很大，很干净，早餐丰富，门口就是个大超市，吃饭也很方便，整个一条街都是，宾馆前是秀水广场，可以玩水，儿子非常喜欢！适合全家人来度假

房间宽敞，装饰精致，床够宽大，淋浴热水来得快且量足。在窗边临湖的沙发椅坐着看书很舒服，还可以点播电影电视。由于在市中心，吃饭的地方很多，交通方便。

酒店不错，总台服务热情，办理入住很快。房间宽敞，视野很好，最关键的是房间卫生非常干净，听总台服务员说，管房间卫生的主管之前是杭州五星级酒店出来的，卫生要求都是按五星级酒店标准来搞得，这个价格值，值得入住。

酒店的环境设备都比较好，房间卫生干净，地理位置也好，酒店有自己的免费停车场。酒店边上还有星巴克，喝喝咖啡，赏赏湖景。酒店周边各种档次的餐厅都有，很方便。饭后沿着湖边走走真当舒服！晚上酒店边上还有夜宵摊，味道真的不错！下次来千岛湖还会选择入住！

服务态度极其恶劣！！！这种房间非要说是豪华湖景房，前台的接待动作慢，问什么都不回答，改个房间让我跑了三趟，前台完全沟通不了
