房间宽敞，舒适度较好，视线、通风都不错，周边生活方便，离火车东站很近，就是稍微有些吵。总体来说性价比高，下次还会考虑入住。

这次入杭州久栖，游子公寓我的评价这样。首先在杭州找三人房很难找，但找到了，在杭州东站边上给赞??，出入方便，交通也方便。服务态度好，包括打扫卫生的阿姨。办理手续还行，房间卫生还行，能给80分（设置不到位）。周边环境可以滴。进入公寓入住安全指数较高，上电梯刷卡，给??。最差就卫生间卫浴一塌糊涂，卫生间门都有烂，单独卫浴有但沒有浴帘门，抽水马桶按钮块，最差最不理想就这一块，三个老头子差点洗好澡滑到，需改进，哪怕照一下浴帘布都可以。

挺满意的，设施齐全，就是地面卫生不太好，脏脏的，然后柜子里有垃圾，希望改善啦，老板很热情，也很耐心，挺愉快的一次旅行，总体还可以，下次去旅游还去你们酒店，照片忘记拍了就不拍了，客房环境跟老板推荐的一样

看了网上评论，本来预期很低，结果发现还可以，该有的酒店用品和设施都有，评论里出现的各种负面信息并没遇到，要求不高的话住住还行性价比不错。这个是酒店式公寓，所以整个楼都是各种酒店。前台比较简陋在楼的隔壁，路的拐角很好找，工作人员带领刷卡上楼的。只是房间面积虚高了，实际面积大概15-18平米最多了。
