酒店房间在写字楼的25-27层，与写字楼共用电梯，刷房卡进入相应楼层。
特价大床房的房顶有排水管道通过，白天晚上都有声音传出，像老鼠在房顶爬，声音较大，根本无法入睡。后经协调加价换了圆床房，安静不少，可以看夜景，但设施较旧，门锁无法反锁，吹风机不能使用。。。接近400元的价格性价比实在不高，在西湖边可以住的很好了，总之不推荐。
