订的湖景小套房，前台给免费升级成大套房，房间很大，第一个住的房间有点吵，礼宾拿了三个房间的卡到我们去挑，服务超棒，唯一不足的是房间Wi-Fi基本没有，信号也不太好，下次带宝宝来玩。四周商业待开发，没什么吃的，酒店的早餐可以提高一下，味道一般。周边环境很好，可以偶尔过来放松一下。

住了很多杭州酒店，对这家酒店印象很差！第一，卫生间的草纸是前面房客留下来的，没有更换；第二，拖鞋不干净，看着不像新的；第三，卫生间的插座坏的，房间里有几个插座也是坏的；第四，洗澡漏水，卫生间都湿了；第五，健身房里没有毛巾，出汗都没法擦汗；第六，check in很慢很慢。这样的情况下，酒店怎么好意思说自己是五星的呢……唯一的优点是，酒店的中餐厅不错，性价比还算高的。希望明天的自助早餐能稍微挽回点好印象吧。
