真心不错。特别是前台服务员态度非常亲切，还免费为我们的房间升级。大堂经理也工作非常认真。可能与部队有关。

设施很旧，床头都破皮了，有蚊子，房间有霉味。大床房是两个床拼一起的，中间有缝隙，舒适度确实不怎么样，胜在位置。出门就是曲苑风荷，有肯德基和全家，离西湖商圈也不远，很多公交车到，可以免费停车。

在艺龙订了标间，入住老楼,门口接人正好碰到他们副总,非常热情，询问我入住意见，我也提了些建议，免费帮我升级了新楼的房间。
前台服务员热情，服务员郭女士非常认真负责，我是外地车多次电话询问，非常认真负责，酒店在景区附近，限行路段，告诉限行时间景，注意事项？
？酒店旁边就是苏坻，岳王庙，门口100米就有公交站，火车站坐7路车直达，明天去灵隐寺7路车也直达，旁边就有KFC、FARMILY地理位置非常好。
经济实惠，值得一住。
