真的需要给五星好评，绝对不是托。来杭州旅游，订的是续住，不管是服务态度，酒店各方面都非常满意，就连房间卫生也帮忙打扫的很干净，地段也很好，去哪里都很方便。赞！！！

住了三天酒店，在浙江省交通运输厅的隔壁，周边属于居民区，走路去河坊街也就是过个马路。也是闹中取静的位置。内部环境不错的，干净整洁，推开窗是机关大院，感觉很安全。前台暖心小哥哥吕航、小姐姐苗苗，总是耐心解决问题。玲玲就是一副欠钱的样子。别怪我直言不讳直观感觉就是这样的。房间除了小以外其他都特别好。酒店走去地铁站需要十分钟左右，靠近杭州站。
