世界杯期间，电视没有中央5套。这么热的天，早餐厅空调也不开，服务员声称开空调的人8:30才上班才能开空调。我想这家酒店已经忘了你们的初心，你不提供温馨舒适的服务环境，你的经营终究会越来越差！
