订的是家庭房，一大床一小床，房间还不错，卫生干净，前台服务也热情，行程更改临时多住一晚，前台也及时给协调了。出门就是步行街，吃饭购物都很方便，去景点也不是很远，总体来说还不错，下次去还会住这里。

房间的格局很好，超喜欢。虽然楼下比较热闹，但窗户关上，还是不影响休息的。酒店位置也算中心，步行到西湖景区也就二十多分钟

定的大床房，说漏水，给换成双床房。双床可以拼起来，看着像一个更大的床，但中间有个明显的缝，如果睡在缝上，两个床垫会向两边滑开，人就漏下去了。
房间比想象中的小太多，感觉就只能放张床了，其它没什么空间了。
房间大多临街，窗户不是隔音玻璃，半夜12点仍做生意的喇叭大声叫。
房间隔音不好，隔壁洗澡声清晰可辨。
房门有个特点，不关好的时候，它会不停地滴滴响，结果凌晨5点多，不知哪个没良知的门滴滴响个不停，吵得根本没法睡。想用房间内的固话打给前台，不通，用自己手机打通了，被告知现在太早，前台没人，自己去找到解决。
总体来说，除了位置好，没什么优点，当然，比随便找的野店强些。下次不会再来了。
