酒店不错，但是携程这次服务太差。提前几个星期预订的房间，到店后说没收到携程定单，沟通后让我第二晚换个房间，携程承担差价，差价我先垫付。5月4日把帐户信息发给携程，今天5月20曰还没收到携程退出来的差价。

酒店不错，但是这次携程的服务很差，提前几个星期预付定的房间，到店后说没收到过携程订单。沟通后说换个房间，携程承担100元每房的差价。差价我先付了，5月4日把银行卡信息给发给携程，到现在携程都没把差价退给我。

酒店的地理位置不错，适合度假，原定的豪华标准房给了我们普通标准房，后来经过交涉，才换成了原定房型，感觉服务人员不诚信。最恐怖的是，第二天早上用早餐的时候，听旁边的一位老阿姨说夜里房间里飞进了许多白蚂蚁，连床上、衣服上、被子上甚至身上都是，吓得一晚上不敢睡觉，酒店给了他们全免单。但这样的地方确实不敢再住了，希望能够引以为戒。

4.29入住居然只有我们一家三口，晚上到这没饭吃了，周围也是完全没吃饭地方。早饭更夸张，居然没做，需要什么现做，好吧，厨房现熬粥蒸包子，我也真是醉了。餐厅人态度也超差。好在房间还可以，毕竟也不贵。没车，想好好吃饭的人就别来了。
