临时出差本来抱着一个很随意的心态预订的 到了确实让我很惊喜 位置很好找就在余杭区市中心 在阿里巴巴旁边 去哪都很适中 房间很干净 隔音很好而且风景也很不错 前台服务也很专业还免费升级到房间 特别是小赵美女和小孙帅哥 因为是晚上的飞机还特意帮我申请延迟到四点半退房 可惜太忙没来得及拍照片 是一家完全不会出错的酒店

公司安排出差，看了几家还是选择入住温德姆，前台办理入住很快，服务人员很贴心，房间还给我做了一个免升，房间很大很喜欢这种行政房，观景视野蛮不错的，赠送了一份早餐体验，早餐菜品蛮丰富，餐厅服务人员也很不错，总之这次的入住体验很好，特别感谢前台小武跟小钱，下次出差还会选择入住温德姆

总体比较符合对温德姆的预期，酒店选址很好，周边商场很近很方便，无奈没有时间出去逛。房间朝西，正好第一天入住看到了很美的落日，随手取景一张
因为疫情原因，第二天的早餐是送到房间内的，能吃饱，但是牛奶相对比较少，有点不够喝
离开酒店后发现健康码变黄色，电话咨询了酒店前台联系当地社区防控，前台小潘（加的微信，应该是姓潘）热情帮助，提供电话，也帮忙打电话咨询帮忙协调健康码的事情，事后还关心是不是成功离杭的，有始有终，很不错！
