首先服务不好，住了两个晚上，老人带着小孩退房时，服务台不让走，说第二晚的房费没有付，然后又说押金300已经退了，押金根本没有退，着急赶火车，他们说查监控，扣下300不给，最后说查清楚了，房费给了，押金确实没有退，请问这就是星级酒店的服务吗？我花一晚六百多的房费，就是想让老人孩子能够住着舒服，享受好的服务，结果出现这种问题，本来她们在杭州玩的很开心，临走却出现这种问题，六十多岁的老人会欺骗你们，不给房费吗？明明说的很清楚房费给了，押金没退，还是不相信人，硬是扣300元，这就是杭州星级酒店的服务，新开元大酒店，房间也一般般，吃的一般般，和200元的酒店就是包装的好而已，住过了都会后悔
