开始定了两间无早的房间，其中一间酒店接受了预定，另一间酒店却拒绝了，艺龙说是酒店系统没收到，但其实就是因为定的时候比较便宜，又是黄金周，酒店不愿意接受这个价格，弄了一些托词，后面和艺龙协商，让我重新预定同样的房型，贵了200，然后补差价给我，才算解决，现在的商家诚信度真的很差。

这次湖景房入住体验超级赞呢！酒店环境、房间卫生、装修风格、布局通通都是我们喜欢的样子，从18层阳台观湖景，碧水蓝天一览无余，真真的怡然自得，怎一个爽字了得！值得一赞的还有酒店的服务，超级舒服的感觉，酒店注明下午两点钟办理入住的，我们快11点到酒店打算存放行李呢，服务人员给我们办理了入住，十分温暖体贴！性价比很高的湖景房，再去千岛湖的首选项。

不适合家庭出行，卫生不干净，酒店完全没有服务可言，管理混乱，搞不懂为什么携程要推荐这个酒店，房间床单也是脏的。

第一次住这么差的酒店，房间里有大蜈蚣，杯子上有头发，房间里很臭，酒店安全也有问题，安全通道被杂物堆满，车库没人看管，没有监控。大家不要被网上湖景骗了，这里不安全不卫生

周边环境不错，有个大阳台，视野很好～但不知是旅游高峰还是何缘故，服务堪忧，下午2:15到店，在燥热的大厅等了一个小时直到3点多才住上房间～晚上回房间时打不开门，告知保安外出，在桑拿似的过道等了半小时才进房间，堪比五星级酒店的价格也该有相应的配套服务才相称
