老字号饭店，亲子房设施很贴心，服务也很好，第二天宝宝不舒服把床单吐脏了两次，我们很不好意思，但是服务员还是特别热情，还帮我们拿了空气净化器，每天还有新鲜的水果，很感动！自助早餐很丰盛，门卫大叔很热情！还有天香楼也很美味～强烈推荐

薛菊美大姐的服务真的非常贴心，知道我们带了小朋友，专门给我们拿了小孩子穿的拖鞋，对我们非常关心，真的有宾至如归的感觉！非常的赞！下次还会选择这个酒店。还有酒店的早餐种类繁多，总有一款适合你的！

杭州老牌的四星酒店，虽然设施比起新开的酒店要稍微旧一点，但还是足够用。主要位置太好了，离地铁很近而且离我平时出差要去的地方也很近。周围逛街购物吃饭都很方便。而且酒店的服务很不错，非常周到。下次还会过来住。
